I provide one of a kind personal training experience. We address any posture deviations first to make sure, you start with a good base. Then we move into your goals. I focus on one main goal and two sub goals. If you come to sessions willing to work hard, we can achieve anything together.
I am looking for clients who are ready to work hard in the gym. Have a positive attitude with an open mind. I enjoy working with any type of client, no matter their goals, who are willing to put in the time and effort. It makes for a great atmosphere and work relationship between client and trainer.

Josh with Pure Fitness is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of Personal Training. He really listens to what your needs and wants are and develops a plan to fit you. For the rate he charges, he is well worth it!

Training with Josh has led to very impressive results. I had been "lifting" since high school, but the gains in strength and improvements in body composition I've seen are pretty amazing. At 30 years old I'm stronger now than I was at 18 playing high school football. I've noticed much more muscle definition and have cut by body fat percentage in half due to the weight training sessions with Josh. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been working with Josh for awhile now and really enjoy our sessions. He's a real person and very easy to work with. He sets up realistic, but challenging workouts and pushes me to go further when it's needed. I plan to continue working with Josh to meet my fitness goals because I think he is the key to my success.
