Team showed up at the agreed upon time. They were very professional, clean, courteous and respectful. Both workers had masks on and maintained a healthy distance. All of my stuff was removed within a few minutes and they checked back with me a couple of times just to make sure that they had met all my needs. Great team. Will definitely hire this team again if the need arises. Highly recommend them.

Cameron and associate arrived just before 9am. Went right into project at hand. Removed biggest item ( furnace) by cutting it in 1/2. 2nd item was partially cut down enough to get it thru crawl space entry. Removed all items on crawlspace floor. Done at 10:30am! 1 & 1/2 hrs, quick , efficient and effective. Great Job. Will definitely keep their service in mind for future projects and refer them to any friends in need of this type of service.

The gentlemen who showed up were very polite and well dressed considering their line of work.
They promptly removed all my miscellaneous junk and a couch with a smile and on a 95 degree hot day.
These guys are hard workers!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of volumes. We charge low flat rate for a single item pick-up such as a nightstand, mattress, or a small refrigerator. We then charge per load which usually makes up 1-4 cubic yards for the first price point. and 5-8 cubic yards for the next price point, all the way to a full dump truck load, which for our trucks is 18 cubic yards. This is equivalent to 6 pickup loads, helping us stand out with bigger trucks and more space then the competition.
Items like hazardous materials and paint are certain things we just can't take. Check our website for more info.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact, setup appointment, call 30 mins. ahead of schedule to confirm appointment, and then we work that jolly magic! Bringing a jolly smile to your face.
