- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge only two fees, a management fee, and a leasing fee and nothing else. Why should I charge more when those months that accounting is handling, those extra months should not have increased costs. I want to save as much money as I can for the owner. Let me know how I can provide you peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive continuous education monthly and yearly required by the Real Estate Association of Colorado.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working another profession when a colleague mentioned an opportunity that he knew of managing an apartment building by the University of Denver. Applied and was hired. Managed the building while I continued to work in another profession and attending college simultaneously. I loved the work so much I have been doing this for over 25 years.
