- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I absolutely do. Colorado law mandates it and it's always good to get refresher courses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My background is in Psychology and Gerontology with degrees in both. I was a social worker for the state and a marketing director for an assisted living in Colorado and provided guidance to families going through change. Moving is a big change and I like to make it as easy as possible for you and your families.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent was a couple who wanted to buy in a particular neighborhood. I drove the neighborhood and noticed a new for sale sign in a yard but it wasn't listed on the MLS. I went and knocked on their door and told them how I might have a buyer for them before it was even listed. The seller showed me and the buyer the house...we made an offer and it sold prior to hitting the MLS. I go above and beyond for my clients.
