FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m paid only upon a successful closing — there are no upfront fees. Pricing is flexible and depends on the type of transaction, scope of work, and timing, so I tailor it to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all rate. My services typically include strategy, marketing guidance, professional coordination, and clear communication throughout the process. Any costs or options are discussed upfront — there are no hidden fees. Discounts or incentives can be discussed depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by responding promptly and learning more about your goals, timeline, and priorities. From there, I outline clear next steps and tailor a strategy based on whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or just exploring options. • Buyers: I curate relevant listings, provide market insight, and guide you through showings and offers • Sellers: I develop a pricing and marketing plan and keep you informed throughout the process My goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and low-stress, so you can make confident decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado and am a licensed Colorado Realtor in good standing. I’ve completed all required pre-licensing and continuing education covering contracts, property law, ethics, and market best practices. In addition to formal education, I bring nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, mentorship, and practical training across multiple brokerages, which allows me to guide clients with both financial insight and real-world perspective.
