Makaan helped me immensely for my upper cervical issues as he brought to light my poor posture being the major culprit. The Pranayama yoga plus the Gokehale posture method was a huge help in reducing my discomfort. I continue to do my posture exercised daily. I would strongly recommend Makaan.

Chellee is an amazing masseuse. I have literally cried tears of joy with the release of pain in my mid back from her work. She has a great deep massage and I have even tried to foot massage on my back. Not sure what that is called, but that is amazing. I will definitely be back!

Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!

Lara was introduced to yoga in a high school dance class and she knew instantly that it was an intricate piece of her life's path. In 2005, Lara began her studies in massage therapy at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she currently works in Boulder as a therapist. As the result of a shoulder injury, her dedication to yoga grew more and more.
