- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That's what is great about our company! There is no complicated pricing! We charge for the area we clean, there are no gimmicks or bait-and-switch tactics! We are honest and upfront. It helps us to know the history of the carpet or upholstery, what products have been used previously, if there are any issues with pets, or other concerns with stains.

Learning about social media and new ways of marketing, On going training and customer service topics, including certification and Webinars.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to work together, and we both have back grounds in customer service, and enjoy owning our own company.
