Really need to replace my home office floor, it was nasty old carpet. They came over, cut me a reasonable estimate and even stopped by to suggest a flooring type change to match my use case. The guys went above and beyond to really finish out everything. I’ll be hiring them for whatever home improvement and renovations we want to get done!

Trevor with Smith Built solutions travelled from Colorado to hang shelving in my garage. They originally planned on doing it the same day as another project in town. When the other project got pushed Trevor still made the trip out of town so I wouldn’t have to wait. The work done was perfect, and I will absolutely be reaching out again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 2.99% Credit/Debit card fee when using a credit/debit card.
No fee for bank transfers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Larger Projects: Initial Free Estimate. Once Approved, we will schedule a meeting to go over budget, design, plans and selections. Once selections approved, materials will be ordered, permits will be filed, and invoice 1 will be sent.
For Smaller Projects: Initial free estimate. Once approved, materials ordered and service scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
