Professional, fast, quality work is what you can expect from Noble Painting. This is the best painting company I've ever hired, and I'd have them back in a heartbeat. My experience began with the owner, Peter, who initially dropped by to inquire about our painting needs. With recent damage caused by hail, we needed to have our house repainted. Peter and I walked around the house and I voiced my concerns to him, and he took the time to explain how his crew would address my concerns and take care of me. I received quotes from two other companies, and neither of the other sales people were as personable as Peter, and nor were they able to make me feel comfortable that my concerns would be properly addressed.As it turns out, their new crew manager had mistakenly ordered the wrong grade of paint (correct color though) and Peter bent over backwards to make everything right. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I can't emphasize enough how professional the crew were while on the job, how fast and efficient they were, and what great work they do! More importantly, it was clear that they were going to make sure that I was happy with the work, and that there were no issues left untouched. I commend Peter and his fine crew of painters! Thanks guys for the great work - I really appreciate all of your efforts!

We worked with Noble Painting to paint the exterior of our house. From the estimate forward, it was great to work directly with Peter; it's clear that he's invested in providing professional work at a reasonable price. While not the absolute cheapest bid we found, they also weren't the most expensive by far, and I think Peter's direct engagement with the product really helps to personalize the work. For instance, he personally ended up providing us with with access to more than the basic number of sample colors to help us better decide on our new color scheme. During the walk-through, he was the one to do some light touch-up work, and to notice that the paint on our soffit vents looked funky. He had one of his guys come over the following day to re-prep and re-paint those areas. Finally, almost a year later, I was on the roof and noticed a small area that had been missed in the initial work, but when I contacted Peter via email he responded immediately and arranged to have one of his crew members over the next day to fix the oversight.Overall (a year later), we're still very happy with their work! It's great to know that, with Peter's investment and oversight, your house is more than just another invoice number!

Peter and crew at Noble Painting stand above the rest. From the start of the project till completion they were very responsive and payed close attention to detail. The paint job on the exterior of my house looks amazing. They did what they said they would do they were on time and produced excellent results. Next time I need painting done Noble Painting will be my only call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free customized estimates with different pricing options, depending on your wants and needs. We honor those prices for a full year. We're currently offering a spring scheduling discount if you book with us for Spring/Early Summer 2021.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get a free estimate. When you decide to book a spot in our schedule, we require a 25% deposit and authorization to do the work on your home. 2. Prior to start date, color consultation and sample test patches applied, ensuring you love your color selection (upon HOA approval, when needed). 3. We begin with full power wash of your project. 4. We show up on the start date, on time, taking care of all necessary prep work. We start painting! 5. We communicate with you throughout the progress of your project, ensuring your satisfaction. 6. We walk around your completed project with you, making sure you are thoroughly happy with our work! We will sign off on our 5 year workmanship warranty and final payment is collected.
