- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free customized estimates with different pricing options, depending on your wants and needs. We honor those prices for a full year. We're currently offering a spring scheduling discount if you book with us for Spring/Early Summer 2021.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get a free estimate. When you decide to book a spot in our schedule, we require a 25% deposit and authorization to do the work on your home. 2. Prior to start date, color consultation and sample test patches applied, ensuring you love your color selection (upon HOA approval, when needed). 3. We begin with full power wash of your project. 4. We show up on the start date, on time, taking care of all necessary prep work. We start painting! 5. We communicate with you throughout the progress of your project, ensuring your satisfaction. 6. We walk around your completed project with you, making sure you are thoroughly happy with our work! We will sign off on our 5 year workmanship warranty and final payment is collected.
