What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I will quote a fixed price for a job. This includes incidental materials. If the scope is larger or has many variables and unknowns I will quote time plus materials with an estimated cost. I have a $100 minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My schedule changes regularly and I can't always keep it updated. Send me an inquiry and I will reach out by call or text to determine the scope of your job, gather any relevant details, request photos if needed and then give you a fixed price or estimate. I will then confirm a time-frame for completing the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 1/2 years experience in the plumbing trade and am able to complete work that does not require permitting. NOT licensed or insured.
