When we shopped around for dishwashers, the cost to install and remove the old dishwasher was almost half the cost of some of the models! And most of the reviews for the service providers were lackluster. We didn't think we could YouTube our way through this one. Rob removed and installed the new dishwasher. It was clear this was not his first rodeo, or probably his thousandth. We were correct, we could not have YouTubed our way through it. He did a great job! We will definitely be using him again as things pop up we have no business doing! Thanks Rob!

Leslie did a fantastic job and was excellent to deal with. This dishwasher had been in place a few years but had not been installed properly. Leslie leveled it up and got it tightly installed quickly. The price was very reasonable.

They arrived on time and helped install a wall oven and dishwasher. They were not comfortable connecting the wall oven to the electrical outlet, so we had to wait for our electrician to do it. This wasn't communicated upfront and given we had other appliances installers connect hard wired appliances (induction cooktop) all the way, it was really disappointing, since we couldn't use our oven until the electrician had availability.
They installed the dishwasher but then unplugged it and shut off the water without communicating that part. So, we were expecting a ready to go dishwasher and then found the connection they set up was leaking and caused a leak into our basement. Their response was to call a plumber?!?!
Nice guys but given their availability to address any issues is always 1+ weeks out and their unwillingness to take ownership for their work (i.e. setting up a leaking water connection and then referring us to a plumber to fix their poor work), I really can't recommend them.

Rob responded within 15 minutes and was able to install my dishwasher the same day. He gave me a free install kit (valued $49) and charged me $100. Lowe’s quotes $180 and wasn’t available this week. He was professional, tidy and communicated clearly! Would definitely recommend him for future projects.

Leslie was so helpful to me with my dishwasher installation. I was not expecting to need a new dishwasher, and finding out that the vendor wouldn’t be able to install fit more than a month after delivery was such a disappointment and not realistic. Leslie’s rate was more reasonable, his work higher quality, and much faster. He came a day earlier than scheduled when the appliance showed up a day sooner!! He even set about fixing a leak in the sink drain without so much as mentioning an additional charge and never attempted to charge me for it. Leslie is a true local gem!!

First, I cannot express the quality and the professionalism. He is amazing and first rate. He went above and beyond. He uncovered a major issue that my electrical connection of dishwasher was not grounded and Fixed the issue!!!!(see the photo below of the newly inserted elliptical wire socket). After fixing that problem, he proceeded to finish the dishwasher install. I appreciate safety, the quality of work and his insight to other matters regarding home repairs. I will definitely use him again. He's gained my trust and my repeat business!

Jerry did a fantastic job! I had new appliances delivered this morning, and the installer said I needed some stupid part and that he couldn’t do it. I called Jerry and Tasha, and they were able to come on the same day! It was such a pleasure chatting with them, and our new dishwasher looks great and didn’t end up needing the expensive part the other installer needed. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!
