My name is Chris Knutsen, former college football coach (35yrs). I have a great attention to detail. Years of dedication to problem solving, After being a coach, I switched gears to investment real-estate properties. My portfolio included an eighteen unit apartment complex and two single family homes. All cas flowing income properties. These properties allowed for me to hone my fixer up skills. I personally performed 80% of the maintenance projects. (hiring subs to allow me to manage rehabs) My personal abilities include but not limited to; install tile, cabinets, wall patch and texture, door and window install. I needed my front door re-stained, an old heavy broken blind taken down, a new heavy wooden blind installed and a long canvas photo hung. After Chris Knutsen did all of those, I asked him to look at the topper of some vertical blinds I have. Someone else installed those vertical blinds and the topper fell off onto my head one night. Chris looked it over and made that topper secure by trimming off some ends that were too long. I'm SO glad I found him. His price is reasonable and he did a great job with everything. I'm sure I'll be calling him again.

I really appreciate Chris willing to work with me from a far (my living in Arizona) he was able to get the work done on my rental house in a timely manner while dealing with the tenants in there! He was always professional and gave me very good quotes that were fair and reasonable. I had other bids out there that were double, so to work with a professional that was fair on his prices was great.
