- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The work I do varies dramatically from one job to the next. I prefer to look at the scope of the job with the client and give an accurate bid. That bid is a firm price, not an inaccurate estimate. There are no extra charges ever for the work agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to what the customer wants to have as an end result. Clients sometimes have several ideas and I will help them narrow them down to the best solution. I want to be sure the end result is what they want visually, and is practical for their lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience, I was an art and sculpture major at Indiana State University, and did further art studies at Colorado State. Member of PDCA (painting and decorating contractors of America) I am a Feng Shui practitioner. I am a lifelong student of architecture. I have spent my life learning how to make any space both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to live or work in. My experience and creative knowledge are what allows me to regularly exceed my clients expectations, and I love doing it!
