I provide coaching for people wanting to regain their sense of purpose and passion within their career and reset their work-life balance. Working together will be thought-provoking, inspiring and goal-driven. I have been through a similar journey, having risen quickly to a Senior Director level within advertising but burning out and having to relearn how to work effectively and nurture my wellbeing and that of my team. Therefore, I am able to combine the skills and tools from my coaching education with the empathy and understanding that comes from first-hand experience. I am extremely committed to helping clients succeed and mentor every step of the way; from uncovering clients' true aspirations and goals; to exploring personality traits and challenges; through to teaching how to form new behavior patterns and routine. Clients will learn techniques they can use to be successful throughout their lives, whichever path they take. I am inspired every day by working with ambitious and talented people and it's an honor to be a part of their journey. Most of all, I love being able to help individuals realize their full potential and excel in their career - while being healthy and happy.
