- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overall, my pricing is very affordable - my goal is to help people on a budget still have an amazing party. No complex pricing structure, no hidden fees. I listen to my clients, what their wants and needs are, and let them know how I can help. I'm always available for a 15 minute exploratory phone call even if you don't want to fully hire me for your event. I'm happy to help where I can!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an exploratory phone call to learn if we are a good fit for one another. On this call you learn a bit more about me and more importantly - I listen to your wants, needs, and ideas. I learn who you are, what your style is, and what type of event you want created. :) Then, I'll send you a quote for services. If everything looks good - we get started and if there's any points of clarity - we make adjustments. But don't worry - nothing is set in stone... I'm very flexible and understand that things may change throughout the process. Then, we establish a communication style so I can learn how often you would like check-ins and updates. Throughout the process, we continue discussing budget, vendors, details, logistics, decor, and more! It's a fun process because I take care of all the research and you get to make all the fun decisions! Working with me is truly a partnership, and I enjoy making the client's vision come to life - no matter the budget!
