Pricing varies depending on: Length of session - 30, 45, 60+ minutes Fitness Level of individual (s) Goals and outcomes Length of time to achieve Personal, Small group, or Large Group - more people the less the price per session
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each and every day I look to learn from my clients, mentors, and others in the field! Whether it's a seminar I attend, online, newsletters, videos,from my industry or live events, it's a continuous process. I love to learn!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview them because it's important that both parties want to work together. You must feel good about the individual you are working with. You must believe they can help you and be your guiding force! That's why I do the same with potential clients. It's mutual respect and loyalty and together lives will be changed!
