The owner of Highroad was very good at returning calls and texts. He kept me informed of work schedules and potential issues. He took the time to personally explain his bid and his process. The city's final inspection process (which may or may not have been related to the roofer, and did passe without adjustments) was the only disappointing part of the process.

This homeowner was wonderful to work with. It was a pleasure to work for him on his roof replacement project. The city building permit was pulled on time and called in for inspection on the earliest possible date after completion. Due to hail storms the city has been 2+ weeks out on inspections. This was out of our control.

We worked with Colby for two storm related roof jobs. Colby and crew did an amazing job on the roof and did it the job with the most professional attitude from start to finish. Highroads installed a new roof for us last summer as a result of hail damage. A big, messy job that was performed with very little in convenience - and on schedule, with changes and a very nice finished product. An overall good experience.
