I offer highly individualized voice and piano instruction, focused first on building a healthy, sustainable technique. Every singer and pianist is unique, so each lesson is tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Private lessons are one-on-one and typically split between solid technique and engaging repertoire work. Coaching with piano accompaniment is included at no extra cost and is woven directly into your session. We also use Appcompanist to support at‑home practice and performance preparation.
With over 20 years in business and both national and international performing and teaching experience, I also provide repertoire coaching and audition tips. Many of my students are now achieving their professional goals by arriving confident and prepared.

Patrice is a delight. Her love of singing and music is inspiring. I felt no pressure to perform or reach a pre-set goal but to travel at my own pace. She took time to get to know me, my voice and musical preferences. I look forward to the lessons and releasing my own music.

I had not sang for 30 years and decided to try again as part of a new healing program my doctors were initiating. Patrice is absolutely lovely and so very knowledgeable about music and vocal techniques. Plus she is a kind teacher. With her guidance and support I am now singing solos again at her recitals. Plus I get to watch her work with her high school and college students and they just blossom under her tutelage.

Patrice is a wonderful voice instructor. She uses tools such as scales and tongue twisters to help warm up the voice and teach students to listen to the sound quality of their voice and helps them to improve the quality so they can more effectively reach out to the audience. She is very knowledgeable in all different types of music and is always willing to try something a little different. She has a great background in music and she has actively lived a vocal life as a singer around the world which makes her expertise invaluable. We have seen great improvements in our daughters voice and performance skills since she started with Patrice in February. We noticed immediate change in vocal quality and now we see greater confidence and a willingness to reach further into the musical world and try pieces that would have previously been beyond her ability or willingness to try. We have been with two voice instructors previously and Patrice out shines them all.
