- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am able to speak with a customer, I will ask general questions about the work to be performed and the customers scheduling requirements. This interaction allows me to determine if I can complete the work in the time required and give the customer a general idea of the cost associated with the service. The second step is a property visit where I gather the information to make an accurate quote, and I then email an estimate to the customer. If the price works for the customer, we schedule the service.
