FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am up front and honest. I’m not the cheapest around and I’m not the most expensive. I try and be fair with people as I know they work hard for their money, just as I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face so that they can get a good feel for who I am and how I operate. I won’t BS anyone and take great pride in my honesty. The same as I would want others to do with me. Go over the project details and try and get those ironed out before work commences. Answer any questions or concerns from the customer and try and make it an enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in many different construction trades since my first construction job at 17 years old. My main trade would be finish carpentry. I have always paid attention to details, even when I was a waiter in my early 20’s. With over 4 years in the stair hand railing business, I honed my carpentry skills and take great pride in doing quality work for others.
