- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are bids are based on either a flat rate, or an hourly rate for labor, with materials being added in at cost. You will not pay a mark up on materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
make initial contact via phone or e-mail. Discuss customers needs, evaluate job requirements, provide an estimate or bid.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please get more then one estimate. I pride myself in offering above average work, at below average cost.
