Having so many guests come through there's been a lot of wear and tear that needed to be addressed and updates that needed to be made. Julian truly does it all!!! Julian has done drywall patching and painting, put in tile backsplash in the kitchen, re-caulked the silicone in my tile showers, put new hardware on cabinets, updated my lighting and faucets from the builder-grade stuff the house was bought with, installed my kitchen appliances, installed a Nest smart thermostat, I can't think of a room in the house that Julian hasn't worked on at this point! Besides providing amazing work, what I most appreciate about Julian is the fact that he responds to all my inquiries and works with me to get the work done in a very timely fashion. In the past when I would reach out to handymen I would either get no reply, no callback, or they would be booked out way too far. I also appreciate that Julian takes the extra time to provide me with education on preventative maintenance practices that I should know as a homeowner. Thank you for all of your work, Julian!"See more
