Don is a very nice person and has gotten us to trust him, but his work is sloppy and incomplete. It was our fault for not checking. He arrived 1.5 hours late before which time we had to leave the house. Instead of coming and calling us with an estimate, he just started working on things we had not even talked about. One thing he did was charge us for scraping the stain off the windows which he had left there from a previous job. Also his rate he quoted us was $35/hour. Now it was suddenly $50. He got paint on our carpet and left fast food in our home which apparently we were paying him to eat. The work took way longer than it should have and we ended up having to do a lot of it ourself. It wasn't difficult work, but we paid someone to do it because we didn't have time.
