I got in touch with Tom because I needed to solve a big problem with snowmelt and rain that was causing my office to flood due to shoddy asphalt work done by the previous home owner. I had not hired for this type of project before and knew some of the language, but otherwise was a total novice. Tom was able to come out right away, assessed and explained the situation in a way that even a novice could understand, and promptly delivered a detailed, professional, and affordable quote. When it came to doing the work, Tom was communicative, thorough, was able to get everything done in one day and, most importantly, before the next snow storm was set to hit. I am really glad that I found Tom Perry Contracting and plan to hire him for some additional work to be done over the summer. If you're on the fence about working with Tom, don't be! Take this as a your sign that you should hire him.

Tom was amazing! I had a difficult yard with tiers that were breaking down. I wanted an area for a pool and also a larger grass area. He was the only one who saw my vision! He accomplished the work on time and was by far the most reasonably priced. Best of all, Tom was a total professional. Which is not a common practice any more. It seems hit or miss with contractors. I would highly recommend Perry Contacting to anyone looking for this type of work!
