I asked Kyle to do a top-dressing and re-seeding of some of our troublesome spots in our lawn. He responded same day online and then was able to come to our house the same week. He communicated well, sent us pre-work preparation guides for us to do, as well as post-work follow-up guides for optimal results. Kyle responded promptly when I had questions about the work. It was great and so refreshing to work with someone who seemed to actually want to do a good job as well as get good long-term results. We are coming off a year where my husband overpaid for a corporate lawn service, with no personal service nor personal interest in the outcome. Now it's my turn for the next year, haha. Kyle spent several hours on our lawn, preparing the areas with a truckbed of tools. Again, personal interest, personal follow-through. I am excited to see the germination to come!! I will definitely contact Kyle next spring for the start-of-summer lawn care as well. Super impressed and pleased!
