Everything from the initial meeting and estimate through working with the insurance company was seamless and entirely efficient. From the first day of installation to their excellent post-installation follow-up, service was first rate, 5 stars. His crew worked quickly and took care with our home, and were all a pleasure to have around the house. Pat worked with us on desired dates and provided us with an exact prediction on the duration of the work. The customer service provided is exceptional. Pat is incredibly professional and so fast with response times, it was a pleasure communicating and working with PRQ. I highly recommend them, and would use them again as my first choice.

I called PRQ and left a message regarding my roof. 30 seconds later, Derek called me back, and was at my house the following day doing the inspection for the estimate. Mind you, this is in the middle of roofing season so EVERYONE was busy. And no one could do gutter AND roof install around the same time. Within a week after approving the estimate, a crew of five guys rolled up at 7am on the dot and slayed the strip work on a roof that was 4 shingles deep. The new roof, a cricket, and venting was installed all in one day. The next day, the gutter crew came by and installed the gutters flawlessly. The crews were great, as well as entertaining which was a delight. Thanks PRQ! Ill definitely be calling for future projects.
