FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was young, maybe three or four, I used to go to the Littleton Historical Museum with my family. They had a blacksmith there, and I would sit and watch for hours. He would give me nails or horseshoes, and it sparked an interest that led me to choose fabricating as a career path. I went to school at Austin Community College and received an associates degree in Code Welding Technology. I also took as many blacksmithing and metal art classes as possible. I worked in several shops for other people, but was never able to chase my creative side like I can working for myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in unique, custom designed interior and exterior architectural elements. One week I may be building a railing, and the next week I may be building a huge cantilever gate. What I love about my work is that I get to be involved in so many different types of projects.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I provide custom designed and fabricated metal work to discerning clientele. Oftentimes I will not be the lowest bidder on a project, but I always deliver the highest quality finished product on time and as promised. I look forward to working with you on your project.
