Both men were very friendly and competent. They responded very quickly cleaned up after themselves. It was an hour long job but ended up being a little more expensive then I would have expected. They had given me a quote that was close up front. But estimated more hours than it actually took. Their work was awesome

Jeff & Steve came up with a great plan to replace the damage wood siding boards to the outside of our house. The original boards were nowhere to be found. They found a great match at Home Depot. They painted the boards with the paint I had. Parts of the house was re-caulked where needed. Jeff and Steve went WAY beyond to help in resolving the water damage boards cause by plants being to close to the house for years. Thanks TruBlue

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It would start with a no-obligation estimate. Once the estimate is approved our team will schedule your service. For multi-day projects we will give you a daily update on the progress made and how the project tracks against the project plan. Upon completion of our work, we will walk through the project to ensure you are satisfied. We will go through the project scope to make certain all elements of the work plan are complete
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being highly skilled/professional, our technicians go through background screening. We are insured and bonded. We are certified senior home safety specialists.
