Our rates are flat and fairly easy for you to calculate. A standard sliding window with two total panes is charged at $20 for the cleaning inside and out, along with screens. The cleaning and rates can be scaled back from there, giving you the ability to cater to your liking.

Our tech, Jose, called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, wore shoe covers in our home, removed the screens, washed every window and track, used a shammy on his second round, and verified all work was to our standard of clean. Did an excellent job cleaning windows inside and out, tracks, and screens. Carefully removed tight screens, making sure not to bend frames. Used a ladder inside to reached a high windows. Made an extra trip to get an extension pole to reach the high window over the door so as not to risk touching the entrance light fixture with the ladder. Price was very reasonable and agreed upon before work began.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Windows are priced at flat rate of $8 per 2 pane window, inside and out. Screen cleaning adds $2 each and track cleaning also adds $2 per window.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always walk the property to fully understand what the customer's priorities are. Same when complete, as I have them inspect the work before I leave the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retail manager for 16 years, I am well aware of how to use all available resources to ensure our clients' expectations are met and their experience is nothing short of special.
