Chef Michael was an absolute delight to work with. He was very communicative, open to changes and very professional. We had a weird request to do a dinner at 6 in the morning and he was up to the challenge. He accodomated dietary restrictions and made a delicious menu. Everyone in the group loved the taste of the food. I highly recommend Chef Michael for your event.
