I am a French Chef specialized in any wood-fired cuisine: breads, meats, fish, vegetables, pizzas. I was the first food truck in the Boulder county area and after 7 years we got a very strong and positive reputation. For private catering we also offer many different options regarding appetizers and desserts. My Cuisine is French and we use organic and fresh ingredients, from local farms for most of them.
