He did such a good job with quality and price that I hired him to do a small bathroom as well. My original bid for a bathroom was months out, whereas Shane had it finished within 6-8 weeks. My biggest like was that Shane was transparent with everything, even when I was hoping something was done a certain way he would make sure I understood why or why not, very knowledgeable and I would rather someone tell me “no, but we will try” than someone who tells me “yes and then doesn’t."See more

Paula R. says, "A job well done from start to finish. My project was the top two story decks on a 3 level walkout. The house is 40 years old and the upper story deck was rotting through due in part to age and inadequate water drainage. I wanted someone who could handle complex structural problems as well as an aesthetic sensibility for design. After interviewing several people, we were fortunate to find Dan Wheeler. He was the perfect fit. His expertise on decks led to a creative solution for water drainage that allows the upper floor to drain into channels between the joists. It allowed the middle deck ceiling to rise at least 4' higher, making the main deck light and airy with more expansive views. He incorporated the support beams for the upper deck into a unique coffer ceiling design. Dan took my initial call himself, and after visiting the site and listening to our concerns, he came up with a design and bid within days. He is the company. He does his own demo and all the carpentry and installation work (his brother will join later this summer). There were a few changes that had to be made due to structural issues. His communication was professional and prompt. We knew we could rely on him to always get back to us right away. His craftsmanship is impeccable. We were amazed at the aesthetic beauty of the final product. Most of all, we truly enjoyed knowing Dan. A patient, kind, and honest man; he restores your faith in humanity."See more

We reached out to get a quote on getting our patio covered. Measurements were taken and we were told that we would hear back with the quote. Weeks go by, and there is no word back. I reached out to see if they were still interested in doing the project, even though we never heard back from them in the first place. But we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before moving on to a different company. That was almost a week ago since I reached out to them and they still didn’t have the audacity to even say no, they weren’t interested in doing the project. I just felt it was very unprofessional to ghost potential clients rather than just telling us they weren’t moving forward.
