We reached out to get a quote on getting our patio covered. Measurements were taken and we were told that we would hear back with the quote. Weeks go by, and there is no word back. I reached out to see if they were still interested in doing the project, even though we never heard back from them in the first place. But we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before moving on to a different company. That was almost a week ago since I reached out to them and they still didn’t have the audacity to even say no, they weren’t interested in doing the project. I just felt it was very unprofessional to ghost potential clients rather than just telling us they weren’t moving forward.
