I live out of state and cannot manage my own property efficiently. I have been working with Aggus Realty for a little more than a year and couldn't feel better about my choice of property managment companies. About 6 months ago there was an issue with an existing renter that vacated the property and illegally subleased it. Aggus Realty is so dilligent about monitoring the properties that they found out about it right away. They handled everything from evicting the tennant that the condo was subleased to as well as filing all the necessary paperwork to pursue legal action against the tennant that vacated it. Everything waas handled with extreme professionalism. I plan on utilizing Aggus Realty's service until I decide to sell the condominium.
My wife and I recently sold our rental property, but for the past five years we rented it using Properties Plus for management services. We were never interested in being landlords, we just ended up with an extra condo after we got married. We wanted a property management company to basically do everything for us, and Properties Plus delivered. They took care of all of the minutiae involved in being a landlord: advertising, showing the place to potential tenants, screening tenants, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance--I hardly had to do anything except respond to their calls when they needed my approval for a maintenance request. Every month they direct-deposited the rent checks and sent me a detailed summary of the month's financial activity. At the end of the year they sent a yearly summary and all of the forms that I needed for tax purposes. All of this was available on an online portal in addition to email. Properties Plus worked hard to make sure things went smoothly, and when things were going smoothly, I hardly even thought about the rental property. But I bet a lot of property management companies do that. The reason that I highly recommend Properties Plus is because of the way they handled a situation a few years ago with a tenant that just wasn't working out. She was not happy with the property (not Property Plus's fault) and she was trying all sorts of legal chicanery to get out of her lease. I wouldn't have known what to do without Properties Plus. They basically handled everything, and within a month, her complaints with the property were fixed (at a substantially lower cost than I was expecting), she got a satisfactory resolution and left the property, and a new tenant began renting the place. Without Properties Plus, this would have been a nightmare. With Properties Plus, it was taken care of, nearly seamlessly from my perspective. I would definitely recommend Properties Plus.

I worked with Jerry on a property at 2020 Newcombe Street in Lakewood. Jerry was spot on with his assessment regarding the correction of a garage door header gone wrong. The header was sagging six to eight inches over a sixteen foot span. This was corrected due to Jerry's recommendation and our combined efforts. We also repaired a skylight leak at the same location. Jerry also advised me of the roofing codes and helped with the repair. Jerry has an excellent mechanic mind and the ability to apply it to a given situation.
