We provide services such as refrigerator repair, range/stove repair, washer repair, dryer repair, cooktop repair, double oven, and oven repair. We have been in business since 1999. During this time, more than 66,000 clients have been served. Our motto is honesty and decency in everything. We work 7 days a week and do not charge an additional fee for emergency services. I'd actually check all the items, but I could only choose three. Roman was fabulous! He was our tech to assist with our LG Refrigerator. He was a specialist with the brand, and this make and model. He knew about the compressor debacle that LG had and knew by its serial number it was one of the faulty compressors. Extremely professional and saved us from living out of a cooler another night! He had it repaired within 2 hours complete with the necessary welding. He charged us only labor and did us the huge favor of taking the compressor with him to deal with LG on the refund as it was under warranty. Had I gone through the regular channels dealing with LG directly? I would still be living out of a cooler as they wanted my credit card number for a huge amount to secure an appointment spot from the call, I made which was to the Philippines for an appointment that had yet to be arranged! They flat out would not give me someone to call locally. I was told I'd have to wait for them to contact me and that could take up to a week. If I had bought new? I'd still be waiting for delivery. And my particular model isn't even manufactured anymore. It's been modified with new novelty gizmos. The fact is I love this model refrigerator and I knew it had to be fixable. And Roman, alias super LG fix it guy is the man! Did I mention that he was here fixing the frig within 16 hours of me contacting through Thumbtack? I tip my hat to a professional like him who takes his work seriously and provides excellent service! It's refreshing to see and experience in a world today where these types of experiences can go awry quickly. It's good to see integrity is still part of the work force! Or coming back.
