- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my customers the option of billing in two ways, I present a formal bid that serves as a contract. I have also simply documented project materials and labor to bill time and material. I am flexible south options as long as the details are clear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet with our customers to discuss the project in detail, so we can get an understanding of their priorities and needs for the project. This way we can build a working relationship and discuss expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for Industrial Engineering @ Metro State University where I designed and built products using many different methods; i.e. welding, wood working, metal casting, vacuum form molding, CNC routers, etc. After college I went to work designing and installing kitchen remodels. Soon I worked my way into a management position for a construction company and recently became owner/ operator of Cubit Construction LLC. I couldn't be more grateful. .
