- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge no extra fees! I will charge either hourly or flat rate depending on the work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will begin with a phone call to verify details. Then I will come out to the property and give an estimate and diagnose whatever the problem is. Then I will efficiently install or replace whatever is needed for the electrical systems to be fully functional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10,000 hours of on the job experience and went through a 5 year union schooling program.
