- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to best serve you, I like to schedule a Meet & Greet before your first pet care service. This gives me the opportunity to start things off with a solid introduction and to collect any pertinent information about your pet's needs, and any other specific requests you may have. This is a $20 introduction fee that can be applied to a future walk if you decide to be a regular customer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our services are preceded by an in-your-home Meet and Greet. We insist on starting things off with a facilitated introduction and opportunity to collect pertinent information about your pet. We would like to get to know you and your pets needs. All new-to-the-pack dogs are given a leisurely get to know you period and then our introductions happen in a calm and controlled environment with safety, compatibility, control, and chemistry taking priority. This is to have best safety while introducing new pups to the group. Once social bonds have been established I aim to keep all dogs stimulated as always keeping the group together. Our pack services always take place at an open space, park, or single-track trail.
