Drain Terrier gave me two ideas on how I could tackle the smell in my sink before I would need to proceed with a repair. That means they came for free and gave free advice, and so far, those two suggestions have worked. They earned my trust for the next time we have a plumbing need.

Our plumbing issues started at 5:30pm. Sent a request on Thumbtack to get a quote since our washer was backing up into our bathroom. They came the next day and unclogged our plumbing bathroom pipes. We appreciate there fast response!

Waking up to a clogged sink and laundry drainage issue was definitely not the way I wanted to start the day. After realizing that years of pouring coffee grounds down the drain had finally caught up with us, we were in a tough spot.
I contacted Drain Terrier, and Daniel came out to help. He was incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain exactly what was wrong—confirming that the coffee grounds had created a solid blockage—and walked me through how he was going to fix it.
Amazingly, Daniel had the problem solved in just 30 minutes. Thanks to his efficiency and expertise, I was able to use my washer the very same day! What started as a stressful morning turned around completely because of his great service. If you need a plumber who is knowledgeable, fast, and courteous, ask for Daniel. He truly is the man!

The team was able to come out to my home and check on my leak same day! They established a solution and came back the next day to fix it asap. They were all friendly, professional, and extremely fast to fix everything. They reviewed other pipes in my homes and identified some additional problems that were concerning as well. Not pushy at all, it was all for the general well-being of my home maintenance and longevity of the pipes. 10/10 will be using them from here on out for all of my plumbing.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Leaking (problem area known) • Other issue • Townhouse

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing is important to us. We want to make sure you know you've gotten a good deal for the work we've done. Repeat business is very important to us. We are local and family owned which means our overhead costs are lower and we can work for reasonable pricing. We also offer senior and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is most important. We want to make sure we've taken the time to answer all of your questions. We are extra careful to ensure you feel our professionalism, honesty, and friendliness so you feel comfortable having us in your home or at your place of business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
