- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on many factors. (Location, Number of kids, Type of event)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have our customers visit our site, fill out our request form to check availability on our artists. We get back with the client no later than 24 hours . Once they fill out the request for and I have confirmed availability form my artists we then move on to the agreement of the event. Once all is confirmed an invoice/ confirmation e-mail will be sent to confirm your event with a request for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always look at new and fun ideas! I go to two workshops a year to keep up with the tips and tricks!
