FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A couple things are important to keep in mind. Keep in mind that the pricing isn't just for the time spent at the event; a majority of the time is spent afterwards. As a general rule I like to tell clients that for every hour of shooting time is about 2-3 hours of editing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First after discussing the needs of the client then we go into the booking process if they decide to proceed. As the event or session gets closer we are in constant contact to make sure the client doesn't have any questions. For wedding we go over family photos list and timeline prior to the wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training with other photographers where I learned more with them vs. in my photography classes I have taken.
