I have worked with several high end interior designers on both residential and commercial builds and pride myself on always doing good work. No job too small or too big, my standard hourly rate is $62.50 with a 2 hour minimum, exceptions are made for small projects bid on the app.

Jake is relatively new to running his own business, but when it comes to painting he does a high quality job. We hired him to paint a metal spiral staircase (fixing a previous contractor's screw ups), a porch cover, and some window trim. They all turned out great! We believe he is an honest contractor with more integrity than the vast majority of contractors we've experienced in Denver. He is still fine tuning his pricing, but we recommend checking him out!

I typically find it quite challenging to find a handyman that I am happy with. I do interior design as a profession, and it's hard for me to be happy with the quality of the work. There are always things I wish had been done better, or pieces that I wish they'd made more of an effort to hide. I've used Jake to fix a few things in my home now. I always love how neat and clean he keeps everything. My house in never a huge mess, and everything he does just looks crisp and sharp when he's done. He's really one of the finest handymen I've ever used. He has me as a repeat customer for sure.

General Handyman Work: $62.50 an hour with a two hour minimum

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet face to face at the site for an initial consult. After that we can discuss via email, text or phone calls.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off working construction as a hand on the oil fields of Alaska then decided to move indoors as a glazier. After a brief stent in the Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine (14 years) I have decided to go back to doing what I love which is working with my hands as a Handyman. My wife is a professional Interior Designer and we would love to make your home our next project!
