I can't recommend Ira highly enough. Two weeks ago our washing machine leaked and soaked our manufactured wood flooring. I knew the flooring had to come up and the water stopped right away. I put a request on Thumbtack, specifically to Ira and one other. Ira answered right away and was at our house in less than two hours. He got the washer and dryer into the garage and removed all the wet flooring in the laundry room and some in the hallway. We now have new ceramic tile in the laundry room, the flooring is back down in the hallway, and we're ready for our new washer and dryer to be installed tomorrow. Ira kept us informed about his progress and when he would be doing what all along. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional, as well as a really nice guy!! No pretenses or promises not kept. We will definitely call him again should the need arise.

I'm a Realtor and have owned multiple rental properties for years so needless to say, I have worked with a lot of contractors/handymen of all sorts. Ira with Neslo Construction is by far the best. His attention to detail is incredible, he shows up on time, and he is very fast. There are a lot of "jack-of-all-trades" handymen/contractors out there who will do sub-par to mediocre work. The amazing thing about Ira is that not only can he do everything, but he does it with quality. I cannot recommend him and Neslo Construction enough.

I can't say enough great things about Neslo! I had a very emergent flooring issue courtesy of a shoddy contractor, and Neslo was able to remedy it in 2 days. Ira (owner of Neslo) was completely transparent and very pragmatic in his assessment of the problem and his recommended solutions. He set expectations early on about project timelines and met our exceeded all of them. Neslo should be your first choice. I will definitely use them again in the future.
