Hello there, welcome to Homesafe Services ! I am Carl Walker a state licensed Mechanical Contractor ( HVAC ) Certified Home Inspector and Handyman. I have been in the housing industry for 35 + years and have skills in the HVAC, electrical, drywall,lighplumbing and carpentry areas. I hope to bring your projects and your vision for your home to life with you. My rates are ass follows : $ 200.00 for the first two hours and $ 75.00 an hour for additional time. I had a to do list of tasks for Carl to get through. Doors adjusted, towel racks hung, lights replaced and installed, locks changed out, toilets repaired. all worked through them quickly and efficiently. Nothing I requested him to do caused him any problems. Would hie Carl again.

Carl was a true professional and a pleasure to have in our home. What should have been a simple job became more complicated because our condo is in an old building that presented some "stud" problems. Carl put in three safety bars through the tile in two different bathrooms and some floating shelves. When he hit a snag, he adjusted accordingly. Unlike some other handy and service people we have had in the past, he cleans up after his work. With a pending knee surgery, and some balance issues, we are pleased to have the bars and the bathrooms looking great! We highly recommend Carl!
