Introduction

We have liability insurance to protect both you and me from unexpected occurrences. I have a wide variety of skills from certified home inspections, to licensed HVAC services and also handyman jobs. I enjoy meeting and helping people everyday. I can help with most of your home needs. My rates are as follows : We have a $60 service fee and a two hour minimum at $70 per hour which equals $200 for the first two hours. Additional hours are a flat $70 per hour. I can usually do multiple tasks in the 2-hour timeframe and seldom need additional time.
