My rates are ass follows : $ 200.00 for the first two hours and $ 80.00an hour for additional time. I can usually perform multiple tasks in the two hour minimum

Carl was a true professional and a pleasure to have in our home. What should have been a simple job became more complicated because our condo is in an old building that presented some "stud" problems. Carl put in three safety bars through the tile in two different bathrooms and some floating shelves. When he hit a snag, he adjusted accordingly. Unlike some other handy and service people we have had in the past, he cleans up after his work. With a pending knee surgery, and some balance issues, we are pleased to have the bars and the bathrooms looking great! We highly recommend Carl!
