- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm trying to develop a portfolio and a reputation so my pricing will be less than others... but my quality will be top of the line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
schedule a meet and greet within 24 hours. discuss the project on site, revealing any obvious issues with the project. while taking notes and pictures as to what they want to accomplish and time frame. I go to the office and work on creating a budget and quote. then present that to my client in a time frame discussed prior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer graduated from ga tech in 2001. have run an engineering consulting business since 2006. I've trained under certified electricians, as well as HVAC professionals. I am a jack of all trades... with an eye on becoming a master
