Elevated Flooring has completed multiple projects within our home and we are thrilled with the outcome every time. They installed hardwood treads and risers on our stairs as well as hardwood through the upstairs hallway last year and they just refinished and laced in new hardwood flooring throughout our main level. Patrick is very responsive and professional and his team is very experienced and detail oriented. We refinished our red oak with a clear coat finish and they look stunning. We couldn't be happier with the floors. As a Realtor, I recommend a lot of vendors and Patrick is one of the few that I refer time and time again. Definitely reach out to them with any flooring needs!

We were under contract for a house and I knew I hated the floors. They were in bad shape and they were that honey oak color. The time to refinish would be right after we bought. Patrick was amazing in that he worked with us to do a quote ( we understood it could change) using the photos from the Zillow listing. This was huge for us because it gave us an idea of the budget. He also made sure that he would be there the day after closing so we could move in a quickly as possible. Amazing customer service. It made such a HUGE difference for usWe met with his team to do the floors, Ric and Brody. There aren't two more personable folks on the planet. They walked us through everything and worked so hard to make sure everything was sanded perfectly. I like to think I have an eye for detail. It is nothing compared to these men. They spent so long correcting every imperfection I could not see. Absolutely amazing.I loved the care they took. I was anxious at one point that maybe I picked the wrong stain. Patrick chatted with me and gave me some more options to help decide. Seeing the stain on the floor was the reassurance I needed to know my original pick was right lol. But they were so patient with me.Communication is outstanding. Through every step of the process I knew exactly what I needed to do or couldn't do to protect the floors. There are written instructions too which are great to refer back to which is lovely.Finally, holy moly the finished product. I went from 1980's dingy to a beautiful new home in just a few days. I cannot recommend Elevated Flooring Services enough.
