We are a team of credentialed professional Interior Designers. Our goal is to help homeowners create a vision best suited for the architecture and characteristics of their home. We can help with art, furniture, lighting, wall paper, window coverings, paint selection and more. We also design kitchens and bathrooms. We help you create a realistic budget, create design concepts, do scaled drawings to ensure everything you want will fit correctly. We will also order and install everything if you wish. We can do simple projects and also very complex large scale projects. If you want to work with someone who cares about you and also wants to help you create a beautiful and functional space for living, please call us. If you need remodeling, we can help with that too. We have a dedicated team of in house construction professionals who will do quality work.

A truly exceptional and talented team.We highly recommend MOTIF for your special design-build projects. They are an amazing team and our experience with them was absolutely top-notch. They helped us re-invent our built-in-the-late-80's home and create a place that is beautiful, functional, and feels like "us". On the design side, they had both a high-style approach to design AND an ability to listen to and incorporate our ideas and preferences. It was a delight to work with them. There was also excellent communication between the design side and the build side, which made a world of difference to us as the homeowners. Once the build phase began, there were workers at our house every day by 8 a.m. (never seen anything like it!). The build team members were exceptionally respectful of our space, accommodating of our needs, and kept us fully in-the-loop as things unfolded (and were great with our dog!).Listen. Home renovations are painful and expensive. But if you want it done really well, in a very reasonable amount of time, go with MOTIF.

We charge hourly for all of our services. For Design we are $145 an hour. For Construction we are $85 per hour.
