After getting a few quotes for my retaining wall, gas fire pit, and garage floor replacement, I decided to go with The Bears of the Rockies after talking with Karla and her brothers. Early on there was an issue with the garage floor pour, but Karla immediately refunded me and told me to hire someone else to redo it. That really showed she stands behind her company, so I still went ahead with them for the landscaping project. Karla and her brothers were great to work with and always willing to make changes when I asked. Eduardo checked in often as parts of the job were finishing up, which gave me a chance to review things and make tweaks along the way. The only thing I’d mention is that I needed to stay involved throughout the process to make sure it turned out how I wanted. As long as you’re willing to supervise the project, you’ll be happy with the results. Thanks to Karla for all the communication, patience, and countless trips to the supply stores. I’ll be using The Bears of the Rockies again for future projects.
