Working with Christine has been the best experience I’ve had with a trainer! She listens to understand not just hear. She provides workouts and nutrition guidance tailored to your goals as well as the stage of life you’re in to make sure you can feel accomplished instead of defeated! Christine truly cares about each of her clients as people and pours her heart into helping women through the work that she does!

Where do I start!? Christine is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is an expert in the field when it comes to perinatal fitness and pelvic floor- working with postpartum women is a specialty that shouldn't be taken lightly. Not only does she know her stuff, but she makes training sessions fun and enjoyable! I would suggest Christine to anyone who has had a baby or even is thinking about having one and wants to establish with a trainer who can support them through the journey!

Christine is a wonderful personal trainer. She keeps the workouts interesting and the results I am seeing are amazing. She pushes you to achieve your goals encouraging you as you go. As a female personal trainer with kids, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to get your body back in shape post baby (hello pelvic floor). Christine is personable, easy to talk to and truly cares about each of her clients. I can't wait for my sessions with her!

CHRISTINE is as good as they get. She helped me lose 40lbs before my wedding and we started up again after I was done having babies. I’m so grateful for her encouragement, commitment, accountability, and realness. She is not only one of the coolest people to know but she is also so down to earth and realistic. She has so much pride and excitement in clients long term successes.
