Working with Christine has been the best experience I’ve had with a trainer! She listens to understand not just hear. She provides workouts and nutrition guidance tailored to your goals as well as the stage of life you’re in to make sure you can feel accomplished instead of defeated! Christine truly cares about each of her clients as people and pours her heart into helping women through the work that she does!

CHRISTINE is as good as they get. She helped me lose 40lbs before my wedding and we started up again after I was done having babies. I’m so grateful for her encouragement, commitment, accountability, and realness. She is not only one of the coolest people to know but she is also so down to earth and realistic. She has so much pride and excitement in clients long term successes.

Christine always had a tailored workout fit for my needs. She was realistic and kept my plan always evolving and changing. She was easy to get a hold of and so helpful with my prenatal/home workouts. She’s my kind of people!

Christine is wonderful to work with. She really listened to my goals, made a plan just for me, and is a great motivator. When I hurt my knee, she adjusted my workouts to adapt to my new normal and had been encouraging and wonderful through my healing and return to working out. She checks in as much or as little as you want and has already taught me so much with nutrition and the gym. I was overwhelmed with what to do and her guides helped me immensely. I never felt judged for my habits or lack there of and she has really held my hand through a lot. She’s personable, motivational, intelligent, and overall just lovely.
